Need to renovate this suite room; things smell.sorry to say.

Improper cleaning.

The only positive aspect was the friendly staff, but overall, this place was a complete disappointment.

When we arrived, the room looked like something out of a horror movie—I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. The overall atmosphere felt like a scene from an American horror movie, which was unsettling. (Motel) - there was no lights, just the bedside lamp... We arrived late at night with a plane, just looking for a place to rest for 5-6 hours before continuing our journey. The staff who gave us the key was extremely kind, but we quickly realized that this wasn't a typical hotel. The "reception" is not a real hotel reception—instead, it’s just a port where each house has different keys and post shelves. The place consists of separate houses, some of which are rented out, while others are occupied by local residents. Once we entered the room, it was clear we couldn’t stay: The sink in the kitchen were dirty, making it impossible to feel comfortable. The entire place felt poorly maintained, adding to the eerie vibe. The room was in unacceptable condition, and we immediately knew we had to leave. We asked for a refund, but unfortunately, they refused to give us our money back, so based on this mentality I am writing the feedback. We have not stayed there and no refund... Honestly, this kind of place should not even be allowed on Booking.com. It’s misleading and nothing like a proper hotel.

The host was very nice, we arrived early and let us do an early check in. We had to pay 200 php for the hours extra we stayed.

It was dirty. They should clean the rooms before a guest enters it.

The A/C was hardly working, it was too hot. The shower hardly had water, only small drips. Hot water not working. Shower handle broken The bed sheets, blanket and pillow case smells bad.

Close to the airport, but not near anywhere else

The photos and description of this room were not what I booked. When I I messaged my unhappiness with the room , management stopped responding. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
