Location of building was very good, lively neighborhood near restaurants, shops, subway. Washer dryer was great and easy to use, fridge a good size. Good sunlight during day despite small windows. Emi was a responsive contact for us during our stay and had towels and TP delivered at our request.

Unit very tiny, on 6th floor in attic, only got one key, door needed to be opened and locked with key from either side making it impossible for us to go out separately because the person in the unit would be locked in or have no lock. We were told there was no option for a second key and there was a grey button on the door to automate the lock without a key (as there is a green button like this to exit the building) but we did not see the grey button in the unit, in any case, even if that was an oversight on our part, we would not feel comfortable leaving one another without a physical key to have a sure way out in an emergency. I did not see a smoke/carbon monoxide alarm, this may not be required in Spain it would be an inexpensive safety feature to add. The bathroom exhaust fan was not operating during our stay, given the bathrooms its proximity to the bed, bathroom smells and moisture were a problem in the bedroom at times, due to the lack of ventilation.

The location and the promptness of the host. several beer & tapas places right below the apartment which is nice.

The apartment is really very very small. The shower head lacks a proper holder so you have to shower holding it in one hand. I see that same was written in a comment months ago, which shows they don't care or don't read the reviews.

It was a great location and even though close to all the bars it was very quiet inside.

It was very small and some maintenance needed to be done. Broken blind in bedroom and shower rose needed new bracket.

Check in process was a nightmare. The door opening link for the appartment was never sent to me (only the front door). When I called the helpline they tried using their own access link and it did not work. There was a locker on the appt door with a code that I assume contained keys bc of similar problems in the past but the people on the helpline did not know the code. It took an hour and a half to check in. I arrived just before midnight (which I had notified ahead of time) so was left sitting on the floor outside the appt until after 1am waiting for them to come open. Extremely strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom that stayed the same or even got worse throughout the stay.

The location is excellent. We can walk around the most important neighborhood around the city.
