"Disappointing"

the customer service is poor. the shower box broke on my head I asked them to fix it but they didn’t after the told me they will send someone. at the last day the Electricity went off in the building and couldn’t get help to take my bags for 3 floors. there is alot of noise in the street and in the building some instructions since the morning till after noon none stopped.
