Great location, nicely decorated and clean apartment. Beds comfortable and airconditioning in all bedrooms was a plus.

Easy access as long as Joel is working and available. Whatsapp not required for communications, which is good. 10 minutes walk to closest metro, which takes you directly to Civitas Metropolitano. Two AC’s which is enough - the house is cool by nature even on a warm or hot day. Basics, which have failed us previously, like coffemakers, wineglasses and plates are all top notch, working and easy to use. The washing machine and other appliances are workable for any normal human being. No hassle , no complexity.

If more than two people are showering in the morning, be polite and use warm water sparsely.

Very nice apartment with all the necessary amenities. We were very well received on arrival, despite some slight language difficulties. Great location on the north end of Salamanca, especially for visiting IE Business School. Several great lunch options nearby.

Soap trays installed in showers would have been practical. The floorboards in one bedroom were badly installed and/or damaged. One bed had a broken leg, only found out when we were leaving.

We particularly liked the Location giving easy access to town center and all amenities (it is in front of a petrol station but this did not bother us). All expected equipment was there. Everything was of fair standard and clean

The pictures and description on booking.com suggested one bedroom with a double bed and one with 2 single beds which played big part in our selection of this particular accommodation rather to others offering 2 double beds (due to having a teenage daughter and.a teenage son). Upon arrival we found double beds in both bedrooms. While this was kindly addressed by providing us with bedding for the sofa bed, this meant that we were left with no living room as it became our son's bedroom.
