Great central location, within walking distance to many attractions and eateries, but also close to public transport when required. Well-equipped homey apartment. Air-conditioning was fantastic in the hot weather. Great communication from hosts.

The bathroom was a little tight.

The flat was as advertised -- clean, well equipped, convenient, excellent location.

Musty downstairs hallway.

Location

Hygiene Issues – Upon check-in, we encountered serious cleanliness problems, including BROWN STAINS ON THE TOILET SEAT and a clogged washstand with visible residue. These conditions did not meet basic hygiene standards. Small and Old Elevator – The elevator is very very small and outdated. A single baby stroller could NOT fit along with an adult, which made it difficult to use for families with children or guests carrying luggage. Unpleasant View and Smell – When opening the window in the living room, there is a GARBAGE DUMP DIRECTLY below the outer WALL. This caused dust and an unpleasant odor to enter the apartment. Noise Levels in the Bedroom – The bedrooms with a direct window to the street was very loud until late at night because of the traffic, especially the garbage dump trucks. Guests sensitive to noise should be aware of this issue.

Excellent location, very spacious apartment and clean !

Very clean and central

The apartment was very well located next to Gran Via and very near Plaza de España and Puerta del Sol. Nonetheless, the street was quiet which is a plus. The apartment has a very good layout with good-sized bedrooms, bathrooms, living area and kitchen. The bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries and kitchen with essentials. Parking Santo Domingo is 1 min walk from the apartment which is very convenient and essential if coming with your own car. Eyal was very responsive as a host.

The mattress and pillows in the Master Bedroom were soft to our liking. A firmer mattress and pillows would have been more comfortable.

This apartment was like a home away from home. From the very courteous owner, to the excellent location to even a bottle of wine left as a welcome gift. We loved our stay here from start to finish.
