Good to get on the Metro. Some shops nearby.

After non refundable payment we were told it was the 4th floor with no lift. No sound proofing between apartments. Monday night next door seemed to have a very noisy party which went on until 4.30am which ruined our last day because we were so tired,

For its price, it is a good choice.

Slightly battered walls and furniture

There was a bad smell in the apartment during our whole stay, they tried to fix it once but after contacting them they never came back to try and fix it.

the person who delivered the keys was amicable

1) building inside is falling apart 2) no elevartor/ had to go up 4 floors with a heavy suitcase 3) no one ever mention that the building doesnt have an elevaror 4) sheet were dirty and with other people hair in it 5) lucky it was just me. the pictures look good but2 people do not fit in this aprtment atthe same time. it seems that everyrhing in it are porps . the couch the bed the bedroom is everyrhing so small and cant be use. even in the shower i would not fit. and i am not tall nor fat ( 160 pounds 5 ,9ft) 6) toilet is not attachedto the floor. 7) one of the blinds in the bedroom doest work. 8) no area for closet whatsoever. they just have some hanging steucture righr above the bed. SERIOUSLY it is ridiculous. it easyto see that it is 1 bedroom thant was transform in a studio but nothing fit in it. i dont know if ac works or not as the wifi as i never use them. also.i wasable tp hear the couple nwxt dorr talkimgñike they were inside the apt (because is just a room inside the same apartment. they sharethe main door. booking what a shame.

cristian was kind and attentive

property feels cold in winter and airco didn’t work as needed. set it at 24 degrees and studio was cold. bathroom door didn’t close well, some furniture was broken or stained, felt old and poor quality for the price.
