"nice place to stay in Madrid"

the beds were comfortable, the apartment is spacey and the location is central (close to the metro). the host is very friendly and you can find in the apartment everything you need (for a short, but also for a longer stay)

the sewage from the toilet was smelly. I think it's a problem of the building. it was quite nasty.

"Not awful, could easily be better with a little thought"

The location was pretty good. Julio was fairly responsive.

It was hot, single-glazed, and with air con in the wrong places for comfortable sleep. The kitchen was not well supplied for the basics (chopping board, tea towel, wine glasses). The beds weren’t comfortable and the pillows were hard. The showers were difficult. Would not choose it again.

I liked everything. Good rooms, well ecquiped, had everything you may need. The showers are great too. Location was fine, plenty of groceries e small restaurants in the area.
