Very central, very spacious and very clean

We appreciate the close proximity of all the tourist spots around. Within 20 min walk, you can reach plaza Mayor, Atocha station, palacio real de Madrid and etc. there are many restaurants around and carrefour market is 2 min walk. Very convenient location.

We are a group of 8 and by the time the 4th people finished showing, there’s no hot water. Rest have to wait till the next morning. Also during late night, street is busy with people shouting and yelling. this place it’s right by the street. In addition, we came across an issue that the door locked us out. The property manager did come but unable to unlock the door. He told us we have to find a locksmith. He provided his locksmith man and locksmith came and quoted us 610€!! It’s concerning that it seemed the property manager and the locksmith were trying to fleece us. BE AWARE and ask property manager beforehand that how to use this place’s key properly.

Great location and very comfortable for our 8 people party. Friendly host and good value for the money. Next to the Madrid center and TV with lots of platforms to watch.

Everything is absolutely same as you see on photos, so there weren’t surprises. The host is very responsive and pleasant. We arrived early and the host let us to leave our bags in the property earlier. The location is also good, you can reach almost all must see places in 20 minutes by walking.

The overall cleanliness was normal but it was dusty under beds.

The place is located near Lavapies metro station. It is also near supermarket or Mercado. The street is calm and quite. The apartment is located on the ground floor. We were a group of 7 friends and the rooms were spacious enough to accommodate us all. The apartment was clean and fresh. It is also equipped with air conditioner.

The apartment had all amenities except for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. It was a general expectations as we were travelling as tourists and hopping from city to city. In all our stays, we found the hosts have provided us with the some liquids. Overall, everything else is super and good.
