Disponibilidade dos produtos de limpeza e sacos de lixo. Como ficamos 6 dias hospedados a quantidade de itens deve levar em consideração o período e nao como fosse 1 estadia.

It was perfect with all facilities

Location is amazing, the apartment is well-equipped (TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc) and is decently spacious. Lots of windows, very bright, and a lot of space for personal storage. The person who let us in, Julio, was very pleasant and welcoming, and the overall team with which we talked on WhatsApp has been very attentive and helpful.

These points (except for the noise isolation) are suggestions on improvements, not complaints. The sound isolation isn't great, especially with the noise from the main street on weekend nights. The dishware is in dire need of replacement, as most plates and bowls were cracked (large chunks on the edges missing). The apartment was tidy when we arrived, but it wasn't very clean (specifically the floor). There is a little bit of mold (mildew) in the bathroom. For longer stays, it would have been beneficial to have fitted bed sheets.
