La posizione ottimale; la doccia ampia; la ottima strutturazione dell’appartamento che, pur essendo piccolo, riusciva ad apparire spazioso per la disposizione degli ambienti

Mancanza di insonorizzazione; una volta ho sentito canticchiare una donna di diverso appartamento come se fosse nel mio; penso che ciò dipenda dal frazionamento di antichi e ampi appartamenti con mero cartongesso senza materiale isolante intermedio. E poi - pur essendoci una cucina quasi completa dove poter cucinare - mancava una tavola ove mangiare; c’era solo un piccolo tavolino tondo e traballante.
