Great location, close to Gran Via, close to metro, shopping, walking distance to many attractions. The staff was exceptional, going out of the way to help, communicating efficiently via WhatsApp. We were able to store our luggage before checkin and after checkout which was very helpful.

"Super weekend visit"

Lovely apartment. Good location within walking distance of most things. Had an early arrival and late check out but let us leave our luggage in the apartment which was a great help.

Nothing to dislike.
