Prima locatie

Incheck systeem is een RAMP!!! 3 uur buiten gewacht omdat we geen code hadden gekregen voor aankomst. Aan de telefoon steeds doorgestuurd pas na 3 uur kwam er iemand met een sleutel. 21:30 kwamen we bij het hotel en pas 00;30 waren we binnen. En het was geen warme avond..

Be aware Paid the booking , did the check in in the app and I paid the deposit fees to not receive the code to access the appartement !!! Arrived at 9 pm waited untill 01 am they didn't respond even booking didn't bother handeling the situation knowing that i was with 2 kids imagine watching 2 kids freezing outside after a long trip they got traumatized I had to book myself in a hotel (it was too hard to find it every hotel was complete I got lucky at the end the hotel porcel had 2 rooms ) still waiting for booking refund MIT HOUSE didn't contact they didn't apologize And worst of all a was expecting a parcel from i herb in this adresse when the delivery guy arrived they told him we don't want the parcel anymore so it was returned to origin I ended up not receiving it 😢 moral of the story: DO NOT BOOK IN THIS APPARTMENT

"Appartement prima, maar inchecken via de verplichte MIT App was een ramp"

Het enige positieve dat ik kan melden is dat het een keurig appartement is. Maar door de negatieve ervaring bij de voorbereiding was mijn lol er wel vanaf

Een heel groot drama is de incheckprocedure, waar hier al vaker over geklaagd is. Je moet de MIT APP downloaden en alles invoeren ook van de partner (waarvoor het verrassing was, dus weg verrassing) Ik ben er uren mee bezig geweest. Als ik ´gratis annuleren´ had genomen, had ik nog geannuleerd). In totaal tien ellenlange berichten met instructies. En nog borg betalen ook. Er was in het appartement niets aanwezig. Je kon nog geen koffie zetten. Laat staan iets afwassen. Nooit meer
