Location is amazing and only good part of this accommodation.

Smart door were not working on check in (due to app error on both our phones) and lady on the phone was not able to help. Also it happened twice later but we had a key. Neighbour let us in and said it is illegal to rent an apartment in the building. A lot of paper signs are all over the hall saying it is not allowed to rent apartments for tourists. Does not feel comfortable. You can only shower for 3 min because the water stays in the tub. Bed is a disaster.

This property is in a great location, situated between the Opera and Plaza de España stations. It's small but very well organized, and they’ve made the most of the space. It has everything you need for cooking and showering.

The property could be more comfortable. It doesn't get much natural light, and the bed, the sofa bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable. After long walks every day, we could have really used a good bed to rest in.

Good location, apartment fully equipped for all you need during your stay. The customer service reply fast.

The hot water is limited if you have a family of 4 or more. The price is not fair (too high for what you get). Too much messages and instructions before your arrival date.

A very central location in the heart of Madrid! The apartment was very clean and equipped with all the amenities.
