Beautiful and comfortable flat in center of Madrid

Very conveniently located to every thing we wanted to see. Very walkable.

There is an all night dance club across the street. It really did not impact our stay but nice to know.

Location is within walking distance of Gran Via, San Miguel Market, Plaza Mayor, and every other tourist spot we wanted to hit. Building was in a safe alley and required 2 keys to get into well lit foyer and new elevator and still 3rd key to enter the rental unit. Modern fridge, a/c, and washer were a plus. 2 separate bathrooms met our family needs. Strong water pressure was awesome to ease the aches from all-day walking. Lots of windows allowed for natural clean air flow throughout the unit. Sofa was firm. There were 3 new wall tv's although we went out a lot and didn't use them. Wifi was strong. Hosts responded promptly to our inquiries and greeted us upon our early arrival.

Ceiling is thin. Late night revelers from floor above kept us awake. We should have told Andrés so that he could do something about it.

Bedding, pillows & towels could do with replacing Walls scuffed & marked..could do with painting Most cupboards secured with big padlocks ..makes you feel like you're intruding in someone's property Lots of Ikea units in various shades of white & bedside cabinet needs replacing The apartment is literally above a restaurant which had loud music 2 nights & woken early by loud footsteps above

Mold, mildew, broken furniture, not clean, water heater broke and water was everywhere and thus no showers our last day. Great location. Not a good place for a family. Locks on many closets. All mismatched old stuff in kitchen. Thin towels. Could work for college kids instead of a hostel but no family would want to stay here. Nice house manager.

Communication was excellent. Andres met us at the property and made sure we were comfortable and settled in. The location is fantastic and there were amazing restaurants and coffee shops right on the street. The apartment was very cozy and a great place for our stay in Madrid.

The apartment was in a very central location, walking distance to all major attractions. Also there were fabulous restaurants, bars, cafes...in the neighbourhood. Perfect location to stay when you're visiting Madrid for a short time.

The second room in the apartment was pretty small, not really suitable for two adults to stay comfortably.

The owner was communicative and the apartment was clean and spacious for three people. Having two bathrooms was great and the showers worked well with good pressure. Also the location of the apartment is excellent - surrounded by restaurants and within walking distance to many Madrid sites.

The bedrooms are set back from the street so there is little street noise; however we had difficulty sleeping because of the noise from neighbors above the apartment - talking, playing music and walking on the hardwood floors until the early hours of the morning. Also the apartment could use more/better bed pillows.

This property was clean, well equipped, comfortable and centrally located to shops, restaurants, sites, transportation. It had everything needed to make for a comfortable stay. We were greeted by Andrew who informed us of everything we needed to know about the apartment. He kept in contact with us to answer questions and make suggestions for restaurants, etc. I would definitely stay here again!
