Buena relación calidad-precio

The check-in process was simple and smooth. No on-site support - everything by message and app.

The main issue was the lack of transparency. Before booking, I explicitly asked to avoid any ground floor or basement apartment and I was clearly assured this would not happen. However, I was assigned an apartment at level -1. Although described as “standard”, it is still below ground level and opens onto a shared internal courtyard surrounded by walls, with other guests passing by. This significantly affects privacy and overall comfort and was exactly what I wanted to avoid. Additionally, the bathroom had maintenance issues (the toilet was unstable).

Decoración. Era bastante nuevo.

El sofa cama era muy incómodo. Imposible dormir en él. Con la estructura metálica muy expuesta, que puedes hacerte daño.

La posizione era ottima e l'appartamento aveva un'ottima qualità/prezzo

La stanza era un po' buia e ho trovato delle macchie sulle lenzuola, quindi pulizia non perfetta

Very convenient location close to subway station. Clean and quiet (except for garbage pickup day). Friendly staff.

Gute Ausstattung, bequeme Betten, sauber

- Schlosscode hat nicht funktioniert und wir standen nachts um 4 Uhr auf dem Gang - Telefonnummer für Notfälle super schlecht zu finden, über einen QR Code, was soll das bitte?? Warum nicht einfach gleich die Nummer hinschreiben?? Die Nummer über die wir vor Anreise Kontakt hatten, funktionierte nachts nicht. Was für ein kompliziertes System! Und die Schilder mit den Hinweisen zum QR Code mit der Notrufnummer waren super klein, sowas sieht man nicht wenn man müde ist! So eine schlechte Organisation hab ich noch nie erlebt! Wenn wir nicht weitere Zimmer gebucht und uns mit Familie in die Betten gequetscht hätten, hätten wir auf dem Gang schlafen müssen... - Noch dazu kommt, dass die Eingangstür zum Haus einfach offen war und jeder reingehen konnte. Vermittelt nicht gerade ein Gefühl von Sicherheit!! - Und das Personal... Naja. Hat sich zwar entschuldigt, aber das bringt dann auch nicht mehr viel, wenn man nicht ins Zimmer kann und keinen erreichen kann.
