All you need in the historic center

- The localization is great, 15 mins to the city center or to the main railway station on foot. - Excellent contact with host - you can get free tips to the best restaurants options in area or in Madrid at all (they were really helpful on next days, as the 1st dinner after arriving was really bad) - It can be excellent apartment for young people, who wants to save some money and don’t have any huge needments. There are basic stuff for daily living.

- There is no natural light in the apartment - the windows are very small and open to interior yard, you can’t leave opened windows for the night, as the apertment is on the 1st floor. - Very poor ventilation in the apartment - It was veeeery hot, too hot to sleep there on summer months. Even though there we two fans, but they weren’t enough. - If you are tall, it can be uncomfortable to sleep there. :)

clean and nice appartment

absolute darkness ,two small windows opened in a dark space in the center of building. AFTER ALL THEY ASKED ME MONEY FOR AN INJURY IN THE WASHING MASHINE THAT I NEVER USED .I am in way to learn my rigths in cases like that.

Place is located in a centr. All things for comfortable living for a couple of days. Very kind owner who was ready to help.

Not enough fresh air. Very small distance between sleeping mat and ceiling

The location was perfect - we were in the center within walking distance with the best places in Madrid!

Unfortunately we had a bad weather during the stay, but the apartment was very good!

The location of the apartment is excellent, it's really near to the city center. We had all the facilities what had been promised. The apartment was in good condition. We got plenty of recommendations regarding where to got to eat. Despite we had a little complication at the beginning of the stay, the owner was very responsive and solved the issue as fast as it was possible.

The shower was quite tiny but fine for a few days long stay (or smaller people :) ). The bed is on the split level room which is perfect for sleeping but you cannot stand up.

The room was fantastic, perfect for two individuals. Its proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, and the center of Madrid added immense convenience. The cost was justified, considering the numerous amenities. The kitchen utensils were of high quality, the bathroom had its own hot water, and the presence of televisions allowed for Netflix streaming—a delightful overall experience with this property.

As it is situated in an apartment, the possibility of enjoying natural sunlight and fresh air from outside the house is not available.
