A pesar que no es responsabilidad del propietario el entorno en kas calles mucha basura sin recolección, se debe buscar solución para mejorar el olor ambiental en los dormitorios inferiores. Se debe considerar antiresbalo en las tinas especialmente para los adultos mayores

kurzer Weg zur Metro und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

teilweise sehr abgewohnt und leider auch schmutzig, auffällig ist der Geruch nach Abwasser in den im UG liegenden Schlafräumen, da diese noch dazu ohne Fenster sind Durch darüber wohnende Mieter ist abends auch weit nach 22 Uhr Lärm.

Buena ubicación.

Huele a humedad en el piso de abajo, no funciona la chapa del baño de abajo, no funciona la calefacción de la habitación de arriba y tampoco el bombillo. En conclusión, le falta mantenimiento a un apartamento que tiene potencial.
