"Great place to book when in Madrid! We will not hesitate to book again."

Location was perfect. Short walk to many interesting places. The place is spacious, more than adequate for our family of 5 with a toddler. The bathrooms were clean and the amenities were complete. Javier is a great host!

We didn't expect the stairs from the lobby going up to the apartment and since we have a stroller and luggage, it was not very easy to get around.

"la ubicación muy buena"

La ubicación es perfecta para uno desplazarse

En un baño la tasa estaba desprendida, el olor a humedad, esta con un mobiliario muy viejo, no es agradable a la vista, el ascensor está en el intermedio de los pisos por lo tanto si una está con mucho equipaje es muy incómodo para subirlo.

Die Unterkunft war schön ausgerichtet, es hatte in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage. Der Besitzer war extrem lieb.

Die Eingangstüre vom Gebäude ging nicht immer einfach auf, was ziemlich mühsam war. Es befand sich Rost in der Dusche, was definitiv mal geputzt werden sollte.

Location

Main entrance hall to apartments smelt terrible also dirty. Gives the impression its the hotel Atocha Palace which it certainly isn't. Bedding had long hairs on Plumbing in en suite requires attention

"No coração de Madri"

Simplesmente no coração de Madri, tudo perto, não precisa de transporte para nada, dá para fazer tudo a pé: Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor, Cibelles, Gran Via, Prado, Retiro, etc. Mercado, lojas, restaurantes tudo perto. Ficamos confortáveis em 6 pessoas, o apartamento é lindo, organizado e seguro, exatamente como nas fotos, grande e espaçoso, fica no 3º andar e tem elevador. Javier, o anfitrião é muito simpático e atencioso, nos recebeu com garrafinha de água e café em capsulas. Recomendo muito! Nota 10!!!

Es un piso viejo, pero muy bien equipado, la ubicación es perfecta y el trato con el propietario muy bueno.

Poca presion del agua caliente en la ducha.
