A comunicação com o proprietário foi muito boa, a casa é confortável, bem localizada e com bom acesso a transportes.

Apesar de confortável, a casa está situada numa "cave", sendo pouco arejada e apanhando pouco sol. Infelizmente, fomos também surpreendidos com a visita de 4 pequenas baratas, apesar de a casa estar limpa.

"Leuk appartement en centrum goed bereikbaar"

Net appartement met goede douches. De afstand van het openbaar vervoer was goed (metro en bus), zodat je makkelijk en snel in het centrum van Madrid bent. Leuk zwembadje om af toe koelen. Goed en makkelijk contact met Antonio (de eigenaar), die erg behulpzaam is.

We hebben helaas behoorlijk wat kakkerlakken gezien in de entreehal van het appartementencomplex, maar ook in ons appartement.

"I would definitely go there again everything was easy to understand and the host was very helpful"

The location is very good with a lot of shops and food near to go out also a perfect location if you take the Metro for the exhibition in Madrid as it is a single line to the exhiibition. The room was clean and very nice inside.

The stairs at the entrance were a bit of problem for heavy suitcases like ours but was manageable.

"Brilliant"

Antonio was superb helping me use the digital key system, at 76 not too up with internet. Property clean quiet and two bathrooms a must for us. When we got our heads around metro location no problem and cheap. Montaditos Calle Columbia brilliant, very vibrant.
