Ma maison Amalfi coast

Anna met us when she said she would to have over keys - really easy to find the apartment. Great location with sea view and close to the beach and all amenities. Anna was really helpful and gave us info on restaurants, supermarkets, buses, things to do. Clean, spacious. Everything we could need. 15 mins from port to catch boats to other parts of the Amalfi Coast.

Maybe need a chopping board?

Great to have washing machine & dishwasher. Air conditioning v efficient. Anna our contact was very helpful and kept in contact with us during our stay.

Need more plates ,glasses, cutlery, cups, no sharp knife for cutting up fruit and vegetables.

Location was fantastic, big, clean and comfortable

We arrived and Anna was waiting for us to hand over the keys. She was very nice and reachable over the whole period, before and even after we have left and when we have tried to clarify an issue we had with a lost item. More about that in the negative section. Anna was also every morning asking if we need anything, if everything is good, and she has provided us with a lot of information about Maiori and the surrounding. She provided us with time-tables of the bus and ferry and where we could find what we need.

A few things. Starting with the apartment, and finishing with the main issue we have faced. 1- The matresses are not comfortable. Especially the big one on the double bed. 2- The Couch in the living area opens when you sit on it. It seems to be broken and if you do not pay attention, small items would fall into it. So basically there is no comfortable sitting in the kicthen/living area except the food table and the chairs. 3- We have forgotten a very expensive hair styler/dryer (a Dyson airwrap) and we knew exactly where we left it in the drawer in the toilette. We are certain that we didn't pack it when we left, but unfortunately, we realized 2 days later that it was missing. When we asked about it, there was no sign of it! It just vanished! There was the claim that the cleaning staff didn't find anything. And that the guests didn't find anything. We believe that it is a very obvious big item to miss when cleaning the apartment and hence we believe that it was stolen. Unfortunately, this is a key factor why I am giving a negative review. I believe the staff should have spotted the item and informed us. People loose stuff all the time and it says a lot about the property if you get it back or not.

The apartment is spacious and it has a sea view.

We originally booked for 6 people, but in the end only four of us came. I think it would be difficult to fit 6 people in that apartment.

The apartment was really nice, a great location And Anna was amazing, she helped us with everything we needed... We really enjoyed our stay!
