The 2nd bedroom was too small to have 2 twin beds & AC did not work well. It felt like a large closet

I liked a lot the location...the flat is very nice . It is full of light and the space is ok. Neighborhood is very nice with many shops and restaurants nearby

but needs more care, it has a lot of potential. They should take more care on details, one of the beds was broken and the main bed cushion needs to be changed. TV was not working and internet was quite unestable. Host was in good contact but they didnt manage to solve incidences

it was not well insulated. you could hear the street noise especially during the night and early morning. Very cold as heating would come on only in the afternoons for a certain timing and with badly insulated windows it was hard to heat the bedrooms. Landlord had provided one radiator but it wasn’t sufficient enough as temperature would drop during the night below zero.

The location was perfect, the apartment meet my expectations, very clean and comfy. The facilities are exactly as shown in the pictures. Nice neighborhood and close to the metro station with easy access to coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The kitchen is equipped and the apartment has good and strong wifi available. In general, the apartment is highly recommended.

Maybe I am old school, but as I was coming from an intercontinental trip with two heavy pieces of luggage, the process to pick up the key was very unpleasant, the key was in a safe box that is more than 1 km away from the apartment. So I was carrying out my luggage and then the passcode they gave me for the box was wrong. I didn't have internet access on my phone to call so It was exhausting. I understand this is the new way to do things, but I really missed the option of someone waiting for you at the apartment and giving you the key in person. Unfortunately, this was mentioned only after making the payment, maybe If I would have known this in advance I would have stayed in another place.
