El edificio cuenta con ascensor. En general todo muy limpio, bien para 4 personas adultas. Camas comodas. Barrio tranquilo, con muchos negocios a una calle. No esta muy cerca del centro (15 min app en bus o TRAM), pero hay bastante transporte que te lleva a los diferentes sitios de interes. La tarjeta para el transporte la puedes comprar a un par de cuadras, solo preguntar en los negocios donde y te indican. Tiene lavadora, lo cual es de gran ayuda.

El estacionamiento es en la calle, nosotros tuvimos suerte de quedar justo en frente. pero es una zona concurrida. Si encuentras un lugar, sugiero no mover el vehiculo y salir en transporte publico, ademas usar el TRAM es una experiencia y una atraccion de Lisboa.

Carino l'appartamento, letti comodi, comoda la posizione e vicino ai trasporti, piano alto con vista aperta. Ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici.

La porta della doccia non si chiude, le 2 porte non si incontrano per circa 5 cm ed esce acqua ovviamente. Le seggiole della cucina, essendo in tessuto, hanno bisogno di una rinfrescata.Poi la sera che siamo arrivati abbiamo impiegato un sacco di tempo per entrare nell' appartamento. Il proprietario ci ha scritto che potevamo ritirare le chiavi per accedere al palazzo presso un ristorante in zona, siamo andati ma il ristoratore che doveva consegnarci le chiavi non sapeva nulla, abbiamo chiamato il proprietario e ci ha detto di tornare al ristorante che chiamava lui...il ristoratore poco educato, nemmeno si è scusato, ci ha dato una chiave che poi si è rivelata essere sbagliata . Ci ha dovuto aprire un residente dopo molte telefonate con il proprietario. Consiglio vivamente di cambiare il ristoratore per la consegna delle chiavi se lui non è in grado.
