Safe neighbourhood and clean apartment When we contacted Nuno he was very responsive

Seating area for TV could be better albeit apartment is small so space is restrictive Lack of air conditioning

Super nice hosts, Nuno & Isabel, great location near downtown, grocery store close by, great matresses, we slept very well, quiet area, well equiped kitchen, laundry and dish washing machines, wifi tv.

Bathroom could use better cleaning, sink was clogged, towels had a bad smell, we re-washed them ...but overall no major inconvenience.

In my review of the apartment we stayed in Lisbon, I found several issues that affected our experience. Firstly, the narrow stairs made it difficult to carry our luggage up and down. Additionally, the water in the sink was not draining properly. The location was not very convenient for accessing attractions, making it less comfortable for us to get around. Furthermore, our arrival was delayed due to a plane delay, causing us to be late for the key handover. Despite the delay being only 25 minutes, the person we were supposed to meet had already left. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes for her to return and hand us the key.

Beautiful apartment that has everything you need for a city trip. Isabel was super nice and helpful for check-in and out. Would absolutely stay here again.

The good location near metro and tram, but also walking distance to main attractions. It’s well equipped, clean and cozy.

The noises from the apartment above as the wooden floor is squicky.

Amazing apartment, with nice modern but cozy design. Very helpful and friendly hosts, there was everything we needed there, good location - close to the centrum, and shops.
