Senhora do Monte Apartment 2(esq) with Outdoor Space

The apartment is very nice and spatious. The location is perfect - a lively neighbourhood and nearby public transport that takes you to the tourist hotspots in no time, but also quiet at night. There is a full kitchen and a big bathroom with nice shower. The small heaters are nice for the colder season to warm up in the evening!

The aparment was very cold, without heating. Only two small heaters. We told the host it was cold and were provided with one more small heater. But, when all 3 heaters were turned on, the electricity would go down. Whenever we left the apartment, we had to turn off all heaters, so we would come back to a freezing rooms and bathrooms. It was clean. Not the best neighborhood, but location is good for tourists.

Very clean, spacious and nice apartment with a backyard. Lots of facilities available (like an iron).

Unfortunately the bed was very small for a Dutch man and was not comfortable. It gave me lower back pain every morning after sleeping in it. Luckily there was also a convertible couch (sofa bed) that I discovered I could sleep on for the last night.

Enjoyed staying in the Graca neighbourhood; apartment is spacious, easily accessible and the area very walkable with transit, cafes and a supermarket close by.

In terms of amenities, additional toilet paper and pillows would have been appreciated along with a minimum supply of basic condiments such as salt, pepper and oil to facilitate cooking. The window quality is excellent in terms of blocking noise but once they are closed - which they have to be at night because of proximity to the street - there is no ventilation and the bedroom becomes very stuffy. A fan would be helpful. The terrace, which we were looking forward to using, was not very inviting - looked neglected and in need of a good weeding.

Comfortable bed, great localization. Kitchen is very nicely equipped. Pingo doce is quite close. We didn't use terrace, but looked nice.

Very noisy during weekend, you can hear a lot of music and other sounds from other apartment. The crib was not fully functional, its shorter sides were broken. The floor was cleaned poorly.

Huge place. Great value for your money. Had everything - iron, coffee machine, fan, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen. Very clean. The location was fantastic. The owners had great communication. Really, an all around awesome stay.

It got a little hot on one of the nights. An A/C would’ve been nice, but really not a big deal. We made do with the fan.

Well located in Graca - an excellent part of the city to stay in. Well connected to central Lisbon by regular public transport.

Cleanliness could be a little better - a few items were a little worn.

The apartment was spacious and in a good location, and the host was nice in communication and solving issues!

It was diffucult to use the main door. We got locked out one time because the door got shut and it got locked automatically with the key inside. More amenities (towels & toilet papers) would be appreciated.
