En mi caso la ubicación

No todo vale para un apartemaneto turistico. Es lamentable el estado de conservación de la cocina, las puertas sujetas como han podido, los cantos muebles abiertos y han tenido fugas de agua pero hace tiempo. La lámpara pegada con silicona. La cafetera obstruida. El mricronda perfecto. El plato de ducha con borde negros y el desagüe no tragaba. El armario más que ridículo para dos personas, ....Lo que pagas es muy alto para lo que te ofrecen. Hablo del apartemento que me asignaron.

La ubicación está bien, coordinando pudimos dejar las maletas en un casillero La cama cómoda y tenía lo necesario para la estadía de un finde que tuvimos

El baño era un poco pequeño

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had on Booking. We booked this apartment and it clearly said that no additional payment was required. But during the online check-in, they suddenly demanded a deposit. I tried to contact them multiple times — messages, calls, everything — and got completely ignored. No replies, no help, no communication at all. Booking support literally told me to book another place, so I ended up paying for two reservations, and nobody refunded me anything. Absolutely do NOT recommend this place. Terrible service, terrible management, and zero customer support. If you have any problems, don’t expect any help from them. Better stay far away from this property.

Comodo,para entrar, colchón comodo

La ducha, era como para minusvalidos y se salia el agua por debajo, es la 2a vez que me quedo (la anterior vez me hospede en otra habitación y aun asi el agua se salia por debajo de la mampara) y aqui no habia mampara y el agua se salia toda por debajo de la cortina de ducha

Por el precio que tiene actualmente no destaca, es aceptable por su ubicación y amplia habitación.

Baño no muy limpio (restos de pelo, ducha de movilidad reducida y con "hongos"), ventanas cerca del techo. No tiene relación con lo que cobran y más aún teniendo en cuenta que tenes que pagar un seguro de 10 euros sin reembolso.

They also asked for an additional €250 security deposit or around €11 as a non-refundable damage fee. These were hidden charges, and if they had been clearly mentioned beforehand, I would not have booked this property. I find this very unethical — there should be no hidden fees.

El departamento no estaba tan limpio como correspondía, y no avisa en la publicación que no hay recepción y que no es posible dejar las valijas ni hacer early check in
