Nada

La sabanas sucias con restos de pelos, no las habían cambiado, paso aviso y no me contestan hasta pasadas 24 horas, con unas disculpas simplemente. No lo recomiendo en absoluto, olía mal y el resto de la estancia estaba sucia

La localización y la comodidad de la cama

Es una habitación, no un apartamento. La cocina está dentro de un armario al lado de la cama. El baño es muy pequeño. Me cobraron dos veces 250€ de fianza por error y luego no les constaba aunque les mandé los extractos de la tarjeta. Me devolvieron una fianza enseguida pero la otra no hasta que involucré a Booking y después de casi una semana me lo devolvieron. Mejor pagar el seguro de 8€

"Super ubicación, tranquilo, limpio y fácil de acceder."

La ubicación es muy buena, además está en una calle tranquila con apenas tráfico así que no hay prácticamente ruidos. La atención al cliente en cuanto a algunas dudas del check-in fue también muy rápida, amable y eficiente (gracias Álvaro). Las puertas se pueden abrir desde el móvil, lo cual es muy conveniente y te ahorras memorizar códigos (también se pueden abrir mediante código). La habitación tiene lo indispensable pero está limpia y ordenada.

El baño un poco pequeño.
