The location is great. Quiet part of La Latina but very close to the main central area

The apartment is extremely small and all windows face interior walls. But my biggest problem is with BnB Holder the property management company that has a lot of apartments to manage. The check in process is a nightmare because of the app they use , access to the apartment was very difficult and frustrating because of their lack of communication, knowledge and really just incompetence. The building door doesn’t open from the app unless you’re simultaneously ringing the intercom. Nobody told us that 😖I would never voluntarily stay again in a property managed by them Also the pictures they took of the apartment are extremely deceptive. Makes it look larger and brighter. The bathroom is the size of an old phone booth. Kitchenette is not supplied with anything except a few dishes .

everything was perfect

The property is just a little smaller than the pictures but overall is okay, very comfortable. The location is amazing, by walking you can go directly to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. Near by you have a supermarket called Dia and some restaurants.

The only thing I hate is the fact that the building didn’t have elevator and the apartment in the last floor (4th floor). It’s very complicated because of the baggage

the amazing beds made up for it.

The key to the front door didnt work, but the owners were accommodating. It was cold there.

Very small. Digital key system not great. Cleaning was only at a surface level.
