Cuando llegamos al hotel, inicialmente no habían identificado el pago de la reserva. A pesar que nos pudimos hospedar, ellos cancelaron la reserva de manera unilateral y sin brindar ninguna explicación clara, lo que generó confusión con la plataforma de reservas y además me hizo perder millas acumuladas. La atención al cliente fue muy deficiente y poco cordial. Al solicitar explicaciones sobre lo sucedido, nunca recibimos una respuesta clara ni una solución adecuada. Considero que les falta organización, TRANSPARENCIA y amabilidad en el trato hacia los huéspedes. No recomendaría este hotel para hospedarse.

No se podia regular la calefaccion de los radiadores de agua. El ascensor muy pequeño.
