Sea Shore apartments - Spa n Pools beach resort

Locația este excelentă. Foarte aproape de mare și totuși destul de departe de rumoarea estivală. Apartamentul 143 are vederea spre nord ceea ce conferă o binecuvântată umbră la orele de arșiță. Nu a fost nevoie să folosim A/C. Balconul este o încântare, petrecându-ne frumoase momente acolo.

Nimic de obiectat

Location is very good, right next to the beach, shops, restaurants. Ap 134, building K, 7th floor very clean, all new, everything you need in the kitchen plus clean towels, sheets. Everything you need in the bathroom also. Parking lot available.

Small balcony, small tv placed not so great in the ap, no cover for bathroom trash bin, and as for parking bareer, i had to go first to get the bareer unlocker which was next to the ap keys, in a small box, next to the ap.door, at the 7th floor. Same thing when i left, I had to use the bareer unlocker when i exited the parking area and had to go back to put it in the small box next to the ap door.

Nice and clean apartment, spatious rooms, easy communication with host, adequate equipment (A/C, fridge, washing mashine, iron etc.), stunning view from balcony, very close to the beach; contactless check-in (clear detailed instructions provided by the host on arrival day)

Tight parking space (however, the reserved parking spaces differ significantly in terms of size, so parking spots that come with another apartment/building may be better). Now, this is not a "minus", but just a note: The host uses professional property management (Key Stay Romania), so you don't communicate with the owner, but only with the property management company. That's perfectly fine, but I haven't noticed any previous information on this - so I was surprised when shortly after reserving with Booking.com I was contacted by SMS + WhatsApp from a US number (prefix +1) with further details on my stay and with a weblink for remote check-in - at first I was worried that it's some kind of scam, but eventually found out that it's OK (but it would be better if guests were informed in advance within the site description at Booking.com that they'll be contacted by a complete stranger from a suspicious phone number...). So don't worry if you get contacted by Key Stay Romania from a US-number, it's fine:-)
