Everything was. perfect except od strange behaving od restaurant staff.

We had to wait for restaurant staff to move their cars, otherwise we can not get out from parking. Once we had to wait 20 minutes because of supllier car, that blocked the way, we were sitting in the cár with children and no one came to us to explain how long it will take, they just ignored us and very calmly do their Job. When we asked how long it will take, and why they didnt say something when they see us sitting 3metres in front of them with the engine on, they said that didnt see us. Blue Waves is a very cozy, bright and well-equipped apartment where you could find anything you need: washing machine, dish-washing machine, dishes, kitchen utensils, kettle, etc. Everything looks to be taken care of. Without any doubt, the biggest thing about this flat is the view: I don’t think it could be closer to the sea. Whenever you look through the window, you see the sea as it’s only one narrow street separating the building from it. It’s worth mentioning that this street is filled with people in the evening as there is a restaurant called “Public” in the ground floor of the building. However, it’s not too noisy and did not seem to be any problem to us. Even with open windows the noise is bearable and fills the evening with some life and natural buzz of people dining below, while you sit with a glass of wine on your balcony. And with closed balcony door the noise is not a problem at all. The balcony is a separate accent of the whole apartment - spacious, with a wooden table and four chairs, it is perfect for family breakfasts and cosy leisure time in the evening. And the sea view, it’s all about the view. I cannot but mention that the apartment pleases the eye with tasteful design, pleasant colors and good quality materials. For those who seek not just for a place to sleep, but also have a demand for something stylish - this apartment is for you. It’s worth mentioning that the apartment is air-conditioned. The air conditioner does the job pretty well and creates an amazingly comfortable microclimate inside, while the temperature outside goes above 30 celsius. Also, AC is very quiet - you don’t hear it at all, it just does the job in complete silence. The master bedroom with a spacious and convenient double-bed was also able to accommodate the portable baby cot for our 2-year old. It left little space to navigate around the room, but functionally it worked out.

While I liked the initial communication with the host Martina, I felt being taken a poor care of on arrival. It might seem not important to some, but I was genuinely surprised by the fact that the onboarding process was so unorganized. - FYI: The address on Booking does not mention the house number and the host is using Public restaurant as a reference. But you know this just before the arrival. - You CANNOT find the building and the parking that easily on arrival! To get to the final destination, you need to ignore the signs forbidding car traffic and drive through a very narrow pedestrian-only street (the one I mentioned before). The host confirmed on the phone that it is OK for those living here - well, we drove further under the video cameras, taking the risk on ourselves. Then we slowly passed surprised diners - their tables were just 50-70cm from our car mirror. One restaurant visitor had to move his chair to let my car squeeze. I believe for most that IS NOT a natural way to behave, and yet, the host did not find it obligatory to inform us in advance about such specifics of the arrival and parking. So why not sending detailed instructions before, mentioning all these details, or meeting in person to release stress for your guests? None of these were done. - The parking lot is very narrow. It is the furthest spot on the tiny parking lot (6 cars in total), and the car standing on the spot #2 makes it completely impossible to park without risking to damage your car. Parking a small model like Peugeot 208 would do, but fitting 5-meter Passat is a hassle and risk that you don’t want to deal with at your vacation. I must say that the host was very helpful and quickly found the alternative spot for us - it seems other guests came without a car. Yet, it was a matter of luck rather than systematic approach to hosting guests. - WiFi: a nice picture with network name and easy password is printed, but seems to be outdated.

Modern apartment with amazing views. Although it’s above a restaurant, the noise wasn’t too bad probably due to good sound proofing. Love the fact that we could just walk one flight of stairs down to have coffee and a dip. Locations is fab!

Parking is behind the building which means driving to and from very crowded walkways. Also no microwave, which is always convenient to have, but in our case it wasn’t essential.

Very nice, new apartment. We were having really comfortable stay. All needed equipment there, especially in the kitchen. Main beach in front of the building. Restaurant on the ground flor. Parking is in the back of the building.

Apartment is in the center of the village which can be advantage but in the middle of season is crowdy and noisy so if you are looking for quiet place it is not there. Internet connection was very slow. It was not clear explained how to pay and I had to contact booking and owner to secure the reservation - but it might be my fault (I couldn't find the info in my reservation that money need to be transferred to the bank account and even i do not have bank account in the reservation document).
