The apartment complex is close to the beach, and has a lot of space. Nice outside seating available. Private parking available. Easy walking distance to the center of Mandal.

Some maintenance is clearly needed, some wall outlets and light plugs do not seem safe any more. Quite some noise from neighbors (not all are vacationers), WIFI was not reliable, no bedside table, do-it-yourself bed linen at relatively high cost which is not properly indicated when booking (400 NOK for 2 persons)

near beachfront and can hear the sea wave. Feel very comfortable and relax.
