Azure 2 Bedroom Pool View Balcony

Didn't like their rules,unprofessionals.They lessen the hours of our stay.They make change of time also they want us to check out early to accomodate others client because its a pick season...

We cannot communicate with the contact person to clarify on certain things with regards to the free access to the pool and the parking considering we even adde additional room even the password for the wifi connection was not given and the toilet in the additional room was clogged. There was no hot water the heater is not working either nobody is there to help us with such small problems thats why we are so disappointed everything is restricted.

This is my first time in this unit. We've been to many units in other towers too but this one is Cozy and very clean. Walang ipis. And only at 3rd floor facing garden which is very pleasant and comfortable for me and refreshing. In front of balcony are coconut trees giving the fresh air so even if the weather is hot, the vibrance of fresh air is very comforting. Included are wifi, ref, microwave, kitchen utensils except spoon & forks, dishwashing liquid, electric stove, toilettries, blankets, towels, aircon each room (nannies are so happy kasi malamig sa room nila), extra electric fan, TV with Netflix but you have to bring universal adaptor to use the TV buti na lang lagi akong may dala. Walking distance mall. Lots of restos inside the village. Wavepool must be paid in cash so bring cash with you since there are only 2 ATM machines mostly unavailable. And most of all, no hidden charges. What you paid is all in for the unit. Host is very responsive. Good customer service overall. Thank you very much for wonderful 2 days of staycation.
