I really can’t say anything nice about the facility.

The room was infested with roaches. The WiFi was basically non existent and the washer was broken. The host never returned our calls or just ignored them.

Comfortable room in a comfortable residence. Lots of families. A few food options within walking distance. The host was quite helpful. When the microwave broke they brought a new one within a few days. Quite clean with no bugs to speak of. Good quality internet.

Not a very pleasant part of town, and very far from the city center. The pool was always busy, but not too busy.

Nagustuhan ko ang location meron syang mart and macdonald, shell and shakeys tapat lang ng Trees.

Walang washing machine, drier and parking.

The owner and staff at this unit are the most accommodating that I have experienced at Trees Residence. Check in process was easy and they are very easy to communicate with unlike many of the other unit owners at Trees. Perfect place for solo travelers or couples to unwind.

It was clean and the shower has good pressure and nice hot water. Netflix and nice tv size. Shades make it nice and dark if you need to sleep during the day. Safe to walk around and grab a ride.

The microwave does not heat the food. There’s no coffee maker.
