"Over all, it's a safe and comfortable place to stay."

Walking distance to shopping mall and supermarket; gated community; host was easy to contact and considerate with check in/out time which works for those flying in

Condo management required to submit copy of ID/passport; signed contract of lease (10 nights stay) with host; 1 roll BT, 1 set of towels and no extra bedding for the duration of the stay; noisy aircon; it was tough going up to the 4th floor and down as elevator was always broken, trapped once

- Very hospitable. Owners personally welcomed us - Homely set up. Complete kitchen appliances and utensils. Drinking water available. .Living room and dining with couch, table, TV, lights, Netflix. Airconditioned rooms complete with newly washed pillows and sheets. Toilet has hot and cold shower with toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and soap. - Professional and customer-oriented. Owners reply promptly to queries. Explains house rules and provides written agreement to set expectations right from start.

- Takes time to complete entry requirements with security/guardhouse. This is to be expected in a gated community.
