Room is fully equipped with cooking utensils. Good running hot water. Very quite at nights ac unit works great. Right next to a huge shopping mall restaurants every where.

The unit has wasing machine, A/C, TV, hot shower, cooking pots. Close to Sm fairview and Ayala Mall. Tight security. Nice and friendly caretaker. The owner is always helpful and considerate. I will book again in the same unit when I come back.

Maintenance of the elevator without prior notice

This property is a home away from home. And you can’t beat the location. It’s a walking distance to many places: malls, banks, eateries, fast food restaurants, stores, etc. There’s also a convenient store right by the entrance of the complex where you can buy groceries, snacks, drinks, household supplies, etc. This store is open 24/7, which is a real plus.

Bathroom and shower room need some attention, but not a major deal breaker.

Place was very clean, owner was was very attentive, and everything worked as advertised. It was also very comfortable and the location was near to shopping mall and wet market.

We did not like having to lay to use the pool, per person per day. The dress code at pool was also a little strict, but the pool and area was clean and comfortable. Other than that we really liked it.

Great location. You can walk to many restaurants, supermarkets, bars, etc. Quiet and clean. Very safe, plenty of guards. The host was very helpful.

The Trees is a little crowded. It's a big place with a lot of residents. Not a problem. But I like places a bit less popular.
