The location and the building are great, very convenient. Convenience store right down the building, the mall under 10min walk. Also quite affordable.

The place looked old, and wasn't cleaned properly (some grease on the handles of the drawers etc.) The WIFI was very bad (we had to use our data to get connection sometimes, not even being able to use Youtube on the TV).

We liked how near this place was to everything for example shopping centers, food spots and the environment was really nice too. It was also really near to our son’s game venues for his NBTC and the inside of the property was also really nice.

There is nothing in specific that we didn’t like about this property.

I enjoyed the fact that it is on a corner spot. I also liked the pool. However, the sofa is not the one on the picture. The one we had was a different type. The convertible sofa.

The positioning of the ref. We needed to move the table to accommodate the ref door each time we open it.

The location was great. The communication with the owners was exceptional and I feel like they went above and beyond which was amazing The price was fair The security is great

The blanket covers had holes. The curtains had holes. The pillows and blankets where filthy underneath the pillow cases and duvet cover. They need washed. You can see other people’s sweat marks. The fridge had a terrible smell. The apartment needs a deep clean and a fresh repaint. The photos advertised is of a clean apartment. Now the wear has taken toll on the apartment. The fridge door and the kitchen cupboard doors and aswell as all the bedroom / front doors are filthy with stains. Also the public / shared hallways from the lifts to get to the condos front door the lights don’t work and the walls are in a terrible shape - for the fees for the key cards access at 150p per card the management should make the access hallways cleaner and painted more often. Please note I am only expressing me and my wife’s opinion - from travelling to other countries around the world and other condos in Philippines the level of cleanliness was quite poor. But please see above as there were many good points about the condo.
