Location

I love the location of the unit, close proximity to the mall, eating places and church. Fast internet and clean bathroom. Flexible check in time.

The unit has very limited kitchen supplies. All the pans were not functional and very limited kitchen gadgets to cook. When I told the owner, the staff brought one stainless pan and kitchen towels since no kitchen towels or paper towels to dry hands. There is no soap in the bathroom so we needed to buy soap for the sink. Bath towels are hard and not clean.

The check in was well.organised.. just collect key from mailbox. It was on 12th floor, had double besd, sofa, airconditioned, tv filipino channels.and.netflix. Bathroom with hot shower and toilet. Full security at entrance.microwave, fridge, kettle, cutlery, washing machine..balcony SM Mall nearby walking distance. Overall highly reccomended for stay i2n Los Pinas area about 20km.from Manila City. And 12km.from airport.

The property is convenient to the mall. The unit was dirty and not properly cleaned. The fixtures in the bathroom were rusty . The unit is not maintained. It was bad. Most especially the bathroom

Accessibility

Bathroom shower very weak. Cannot increase volume. Not suitable when taking a bath. Needs longer time . No slippers.

Ms. Desiree and her staff showed the true Filipino hospitality upon check-in until check-out; even the building staff from the security guards and maintenance crew were all professionals in their job.
