Very nice building with lovely view of the city. Use of facilities and more roomy than usual hotels.

Washroom was small; there was a load of clothes in the washing machine and my partner had a bit of trouble finding the key. Sound of trains.

Washer/Dryer Security Coffee on ground floor. BIG TV. I was able to share from my iPhone HOT water in shower. King bed, med firm but comfy. You can reach owner & staff Dual ACs Incredible view of Rizal Park fountains at night and the area. Use west side elevators.

The building is nice with good security. The room has good air con and a hot shower. There's also a washing machine (although owner had left a cycle running when we arrived which finished at 4am!) Good communication from owner. Bed comfy, but small.

Could do with some updating, especially the bathroom. Although it shows a swimming pool on the pictures, guests via booking.com are not permitted to use it without payment. Would be useful to have some information on things to do in manilla since the apartment is used mainly by tourists.

Location was reasonably close to the hospital. The other good thing I will say about this is that the owner was very gracious and let me come in at 12 AM in the middle of the night. But it took time to get all the information from her. That was an issue I could not get into the property.

As soon as you put the Aircon on, it smelled like mold the entire time I actually had to leave as I became ill coffin from smelling the mold so bad. The front security is very difficult to work with actually all security guards were very difficult to work with except for one who actually took interest in my health. They want to sit and just do nothing.
