"It was okay but could be better"

I liked that the people are accommodating and friendly especially with kids. The host was prompt in addressing our concerns.

The room was okay but not clean. - Bedsheets were not new I assume because it smelled bad. AC vent was hanging by a thread and super dirty.

It was comfortable, and there were convenient businesses on the ground floor. A/C was beat up, but worked great. The view was good from the small balcony.

It took almost 30 minutes to get down to the lobby. Sometimes was going on, and it was a madhouse. It wasn't really close to the airport. For a condo, it was a little smaller than expected. The towels smelled funny even after we had them washed by the laundromat on the ground floor.
