Its quite good but there are some baby cockroaches in the unit and it is unconfortable.

The location and the pool area.

The bathroom is not clean and I think it’s not well managed.

It smells bad,the toilet was dirty,the beddings were dirty, the bed frames were falling apart and the unit was wreaking of septic and something of unhygienic smell.

The unit is so comfy, lakas ng aircon, functioning lahat ng gamit. It exceeded my expectation at pinakamura

Location is very good. Sea Residences is only a 15 minute walk to MOA and can be done mostly through the elevated walkways.

We reserved two rooms for one night and were given 416 and 422. We arrived at 2:15 pm and Jason met our party at the lobby around 2:30 where I filled out the names of the same 6 adults that I was asked to provide the day before. After completing the paperwork, Jason brought us to our rooms at 2:45pm. Upon entering 422, we smelled a noxious odor throughout and there was still garbage in the trash can from the previous occupant so we immediately asked Jason if we could have a different room. After first saying that the smell would dissipate after a while (but it didn’t, even with the balcony door open) we were given 420 which did not smell bad. Kitchen cabinets in 420 were very worn out and in various states of disrepair. The sofa/futon would not support much weight without creaking and sagging under the cushion. Later that evening, the AC leaked water onto the bed even after we raised the temperature to 22 C from its setting of 16 C. Neither room 420 and definitely not room 422 were ready for occupancy in our opinion. Room 416 had a bunk bed and a sofa bed and did not smell bad. None of the three rooms looked like the picture of 534E that was shown on booking.com.

They are accommodating when answering the questions and also the check in timing went smooth. The location is super - this is what I like best as it super close to SM MOA Arena.

The stay was generally okay, but there are a few areas that need improvement. The bed in the living area was not very comfortable and needs to be used carefully, as the plywood underneath feels unstable. The shower and bidet also require fixing to function properly. Additionally, the main door appears quite old and could benefit from maintenance or replacement to improve overall safety and appearance. There was also an unpleasant odor when we came in, especially in the washroom area, which seemed to come from the drainage or waste system. It did improve after air freshener was used the next day, but it would be better to address the root cause and ensure that the room smells good and fix all before accepting guests.

Location is just a walking distance to MOA and the MOA Arena where we have a gathering.

No hair shampoo/conditioner and body soap provided. No soap for washing dishes.
