Then the owner is rude (take note she or he is not the one answering on our messages that's the staff that's why ok sila kumausap and accomodating) ask what's the additional charges for, ofcourse as a customer I want to know what was I paying for its not about the money but being knowledgeable lang since it was not mentioned in the app. Will pay parin naman and asking without negative intention but the owner was rude told the staff that if I will not pay and is asking they'll cancel the booking, that what sets me off sobra, imagine how it will be inconvenient for me to find another hotel at that time, and parang tinatakot niya yung guest cause wala silang explanation for the additional charge. Staff is ok naman , they accommodate you well but they will accommodate foreigners more than you. Super stress ako when checking out , I could wait for another 5 mins naman since it's my fault not telling them ahead na mag check out nako , so they told me to wait and get the key from my companion since they'll still need to check it kahit my companions will still be staying little longer, so ang ending we decided to go nalang ng sabay, but when Bababa na kasama ko the staff told us to wait kasi aasikasuhin niya muna yung foreigner though I got there first behold we waited for 30 mins and hindi pala niya inakyat dun sa room , told us na baba nalang daw. That 30 mins cause me my meeting sa work. Which is the very reason why I booked, near lang kasi Sa work ko. Grabe ang hustle and nakakastress. Don't be deceive by their low price, cause your gonna still pay higher may mas worth it pa na hotel or condo tel for that price. The place is also infested with cockroaches and elevator took ages , ang tagal. Overall will not be booking again here.

The bedding was in poor condition, dirty, with stains from previous visits. The cockroaches on the floor appeared when the light was turned off. Poor and cheap decoration. Bathroom that does not have a sink. An intense smell of insecticide that caused me an allergy, I wouldn't stop sneezing.
