Just the location/ area of the unit ( close to MOA )

Last minute change of unit, on the spot asking for the security bond without prior notice and it wasn’t on the contract when I booked the unit, even during communication with the agent there’s no discussion about this. the facility was poorly managed, piles of dust on the ceiling fan, rust on the microwave, cockroaches roaming around, no basic toiletries ( I have to asked for the toilet paper ), the facility is not very inviting. This is the first time we’ve experienced this kind of unit and service. We are very considerate people and as much as I wanted understand the situation, I felt that I have to say this honest review for the awareness of the management and for the unit’s improvement

What I didn’t like that i book to Shell Residence but they transferred me to shore Residence and it was so disgusting . Sorry to say it , i book twice at shell residence its the same problem , i didn’t get the room what i booked it , they were transferring me in another Room ,

Nothing

First, the aircon wasn’t working. The remote was not working. The sheets were dirty and we got so itchy and had bug bites from the bed. The caretaker told us to change the sheets ourselves when we paid 800 plus for cleaning. They charged us for pool but we end up not using it cause we had to leave and moved to a different place cause they didn’t fix the AC and didn’t even respond to us right after we complain. Not even a refund for the pool and not very accomodating.

PARKING SPACE - not as advertised (amount not as indicated). make sure to inquire for private parking space or else you will pay per hour. DIRTY AIRCON- dust falling from it. talked to the owner but didn’t follow up about it the next day and didn’t fix the problem. DIRTY WASHROOM WALLS/FLOOR- didn’t clean the washroom. splashes of water all over the mirror and walls. also, watery floor.
