"Great location, forgettable accomodation,"

Location at SM north EDSA was perfect for our needs. The room was large, with working air conditioning and well stocked kitchen of accessories and a few essentials. The apartment included a large smart TV also.

Check-in time was listed as 2pm, we arrived around 4pm and could not get into the partment until well after 5pm, as it was still being cleaned. While chatting with the owners online, I was effectively blamed for making a last minute booking, and this is why it was not ready. (if it's listed as available, then it should be ready!) Cockroaches visit the bathroom regularly, Listing lists a private pool, but then find you have to pay for it to use it.

"Vinia stay."

Clean modern and easy to use, WiFi worked tho the aircon was a little noisy had cooking facilities plus washing machine and fridge and very convenient for the mall's. Small rooftop pool and gym.

A restaurant would be great. The walk to footbridge to the mall's is shocking so be very vigilant and if possible get a room on the back side as the hotel sits on a very busy road and only had single glazing.
