"Not good. Won’t book again with them."

The room is at 2nd floor.

The curtains are not installed properly and given the 2nd floor unit, the curtain should be dark color not light colored so that you are not seen from outside. Toilet does not have a seat. The shower curtain is dirty. The towels are very old. The refrigerator freezes my drink to ice.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms but thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. The gentle man in charge is very helpful and accomodating. Philip was so kind to help my daughter with her luggage and offered anything else we needed.

"The best stay ever."

The environment was pleasant and welcoming and it’s right in the heart of city, so you can walk to everything. It’s also clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. Would definitely stay there again

"not very comfortable"

water heater seems not working,too cold to take a shower,need rubber matt for the bathroom to prevent injuries for future guests..need deep cleaning and infestation..too many little cacrohes crawling around..
