One Palm Tree Villas Condo Across NAIA Terminal 3

Nice apartment in condo very close to Terminal 3 NAIA. All facilities on site including swimming pool although I didn't use it personally.

The towels were not nice. They were clean but really rough, like sandpaper. I actually bought a couple from the nearby mall as the ones provided were so rough. For the last 24 hours of my stay, the WiFi (which had previously been very good), wasn't working at all. In the end, I managed to use mobile data via hotpot but that could've been a problem if I didn't have a local Philippines phone.

Das Hotel liegt nahe am Terminal 3 und ist bequem über die Überführung erreichbar. Das Zimmer entsprach genau meinen Erwartungen, und die Lage ist einfach genial. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln – alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, und sowohl die Schlüsselübergabe als auch der Check-out waren gut organisiert.

It was close the airport and a decent strip with food and entertainment.

The staff were quite rude and indifferent. They couldn’t find our booking. The room and apartments were fine but very basic - people need to understand this. It’s not a hotel it’s more a basic Air BnB

Location, well equipped.

Small shower cubicle, very strange way the shower operated.

Nice apartment, easy to meet host, good location, 10 minute walk to t3 Manila airport

Clearly stated property had access to gym, but no gym. Coffee maybe but no coffee or pods provided

Location is very convenient to terminal 3 and staff is very helpful even we check in late they still waiting for us.
