Check-in time was 12pm-2pm. Was told the assistant was there to give lock code for the keybox only at 12:30 but we were there waiting outside the door for 2 hours. Extremely difficult to get ahold of host (Canadian #) and caretaker. Guard needs to be present at the entrance to get inside the building but often away. No water. No waiting area.

I like how close it was to the church. It was also easy to find and relatively cheap.

I think it will be much better if there is a water heater, hair dryer and flat iron.
