"Apart from the above my stay was good"

The location east accessible to most things and also stores open 24 hrs just 2mins walk.

Having to get swimming vouchers from EZ when you have a reception desk. Also the washing machine in the room was broken and never fixed we had to wait until a room came free then run up and do the washing

"disappointing expected better from the hotel that did look nice"

girlfriend tidied the room herself and when we left we had a bag of rubbish .Girlfriend went to put outside room and cleaner said that she had to go to reception to see where to leave it( we should have left it inside the room) reception then did not deal with it and sent her looking for the bins.It was only room rubbish nothing big.poor response from reception we took rubbish back to room reception hall also smelt damp. reception then called us a grab said it would be 200 but turned out to be 290 and gave the driver the wrong terminal for us .Only found out when we arrived at airport .Cost us more to go to right terminal due to reception will not be staying when i return again in august
