It is very accessible to primary needs, the mall is just beside the residence, the transportation is easy due to being near MRT.

Close to mall

Close to train lines, very noisy. Very outdated condo, bedding very old and uncomfortable, lack of information, no dish towel, lobby area always congested and felt like the security was way over done for such an outdated building. The lobby's on 8th floor bigger than the main entry lobby and not used for anything. Having to take 2 lifts to get to the room

Near MRT station. The guy who assisted mo for check in is very nice and helpful. Unit is clean and tidy. There’s a mall and convenient store downstairs.

Maybe they have to provide next time sponge and soap for plates etc. Water in the toilet sometimes is very weak. Toilet bowl flush is somehow broken.

Had a two week stay. Great price for a great location. Based on other reviews, I found the Internet connection strong enough and bugs we’re over exaggerated in other reviews. Having known how to handle food waste in the Philippines, the unit did provide the thin clear bags to bag your waste to prevent the appearance of critters. One plus as a YouTube watcher was the smart TV. I personally did not plan to bring guests, so I found the strict security not as cumbersome as others have. I would consider staying again if the price remains at a great value.

Being a two week stay, I found that no personal hygiene cleaning products were provided at the unit. I had to purchase those items myself within the first hour, for example, shampoo, soap (body, hand, dish), and a dish sponge. The layout of the buildings are kind of confusing at first. You have to take a specific set of elevators up and down to/from the lobby, then a second elevator within your tower to reach the unit. Annoying but what can you do? I’ve often seen the Light Residence as being advertised as attached to the Light Mall and Boni station, that is not exactly accurate. The residential building is next-door to the mall and on the second floor of the mall is Boni station. You’ll have to exit the residential building to then go into the mall to then go into Boni, something that I’ve never seen explained in that detail. Nothing is directly attached and you’ll have to go through multiple elevators, multiple doors, and multiple security. Also, the second floor of the mall where Boni station is, is not accessible until 11 AM.

The location was very convenient. The view from the Apartment on the 46nd floor over the Manila Skyline was so nice, especially at Night. The Apartment itself was very comfortable. Clean and spacious. The Elevator's luckily all days work properly. Christian, the staff of the Apartment Owner was very friendly and helpful.

With all understanding of the security of the guests and tenants, the security guys are too strict. There are no visitors like friends allowed, if they are not registered at least 3 working days ahead. This was a bit frustrating, because a "just unexpected stop by" from friends was not possible. But again, I understand that security must have the highest priority. But I think there can be another way to manage this issue by the property management. But clearly to say: this is not a fault credited to the property owner. I or we always have good and nice communication with him.

Near supermarket and small shop

Maybe I expected too much from the property. There were too many cockroaches, a lot of things were broken, and it was such a hassle having to wait for someone just to pick up and drop off the key. The caretaker (kuya) was very nice, but I didn’t feel comfortable with the room. I couldn’t sleep well because there was digging on the wall and the place wasn’t soundproof. There were no basic toiletries provided, no extra garbage bin, and the place looked very different from the pictures. Hopefully, the owner will make improvements and be more transparent about the property. It wasn’t a good experience, especially since I stayed almost a week and never felt comfortable.
