EVERYTHING, the apartment is perfect, everything you may need can be found. Maurizio is the perfect host, he has thought and thinks about every little detail and guest needs. He is always available for any thing. The location is perfect, 7-10 min from the center and all the sassi is a walking distance.

Great apartment!. Quiet and peaceful, despite being very central. It's very well equipped. Nicely decorated. Spotlessly clean. The host, Maurizio, was kind and helpful in his approach. He also left us welcome snacks and treats! Would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Matera.

Zelo lep apartma, sicer veliko stopnic, ker je na vrhu stavbe, ampak se je bilo vredno potruditi. Nahaja se 10 minut peš od centra - Sassija. Ima popolnoma opremljeno kuhinjo (več krožnikov, jedilnega pribora, skodelic in kozarcev), celo stroj za pomivanje posode in velik hladilnik z dobrotami za zajtrk, ki si ga narediš sam. Ima eno spalnico in veliko dnevno sobo z raztegljivim kavčem in veliko kopalnico. Še posebej dobrodošla je bila terasa, na kateri smo radi sedeli in jedli. Parkirno mesto smo našli v sosednji ulici in je bilo brezplačno. Z lastnikom smo komunicirali preko WhatsAppa

Vse je bilo v redu. Tam smo bili dve noči. Všeč nam je bilo in zelo priporočam.

Melhor serviço e atendimento que recebemos durante toda viagem, aliado com a cidade incrível de Matera, que foi nossa favorita também. Tudo nos surpreendeu positivamente. A casa provê todo o necessário e um pouco mais. Maurizio, o host, se mostrou disponível sempre que necessário e é muito simpático. Localização ótima, próxima ao Sassi de Matera e opção de estacionar na rua da acomodação (blue parking) ou nas ruas adjacentes (grátis).Recomendamos 100%

The property is located a few minutes walk from all the sasse walks. There is an outside terrace large enough for a family of 4. Maurizio is a great host very friendly and informative.

Chouette appartement, avec une super belle terrasse ombragée. Bonne communication avec l'hôte. Cuisine parfaitement équipée. Petites attentions dans le frigo. Dans l'ensemble, location très soignée.

Attention, c'est au 2e étage, et les étages sont haaaauts... Nous ne l'avions pas compris.

Beaucoup d'attentions notamment petit déjeuner ... Situation géographique au top Conseil de notre hôte pour nous garer PlayStation pour la pause entre les visites
