"Enjoyable stay at Matera. Feeling like staying home"

Just like what other reviews already mentioned, the host was so friendly and kind! We felt like we were being welcomed to a home! We stayed here for two days and found the apartment very convenient to either the sissi or the downtown. The kitchen and is a big plus, we cooked dinner on the first night because we wanted to go to bed earlier due to jet lags. We also had breakfast in the house which was very comfortable. There are two floors in the house, the room is upstairs and the bathroom, kitchen, and living room are downstairs, just for your reference. If you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, be careful with the stairs and the round ceiling that’s on the height of your head.

The host was the most welcoming and kind man with fruit, juice and lots of helpful info about the property and area and parking. The property was very nice in a great area with lots of places to eat and to explore

The owner of this property could not have done more to make our stay special and amazing. When we asked for advice on transport he picked us up and arranged to drop us back to the bus station on our departure day. The apartment was filled with lovely personal touches like fruit and juices. The owner met us and gave us a tour of the property as well as showing us the incredible viewpoint over the city just round the corner. He recommended restaurants and was very quick to respond over Booking.com to any issues which were resolved fast (the internet connection wasn’t working initially). Would recommend to anyone!! Thank you for an amazing stay. ⭐️
